Our processing and handling times are generally between 1 to 4 business days if item is in stock.
Due to COVID, postage times have been extended within Australia so please bear this in mind. All items will be sent via Sendle or Australia Post tracked services, and postage delays our out of our control.
We are not liable for any orders that do not reach their destination. Please make sure that the correct address is listed in your order confirmation. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping address will result in additional shipping charges, which is the responsibility of the buyer.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at heybazza@barrythebinchicken.com.au with images of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging with the address and tracking details visible so we can notify Australia Post.
